These Kondor Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site (see date above). You will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions each time you place an order, to ensure that you are familiar with the most current ones.
Please note that these terms (including prices and returns policies) apply only to purchases made online from this website. This website is operated by Kondor Limited ("We" or "Us") and is entirely separate from Hutchison 3G UK Ltd and the website "three.co.uk" which is owned and operated by Hutchison 3G UK Limited ("3")
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you submit your order by clicking the Submit Order button on the Order Confirmation page.
After submitting an order to us we will give you an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered. We will send the same details to you in an e-mail (our first e-mail). Please note that this e-mail is an acknowledgement, not acceptance of your order.
Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between us will only occur when we send you a second e-mail confirming we have accepted your order and will contain details of how we will deliver your products to you. If your order is out of stock, our second e-mail will tell you this. The out of stock notification will give details of anticipated delivery and give you the option to accept or cancel. This notification is not legally binding until we confirm your order is in stock.
Alternatively we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case our second e-mail will tell you so.
We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method. Please note that products, prices and offers in 3 stores may differ from those featured on this site.
We will send you a third e-mail confirming the despatch of your order.
All prices and charges on this site are shown in UK pounds sterling. They include any VAT payable and FREE delivery.
The total cost of your order will be the total price of the products and services you order, which will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket before you submit your order.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative.
We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.
We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Delta and Switch / Maestro. Payment is deducted when we process your order.
If you order a product with a minimum age requirement, by ordering you confirm that you are of the required age.
Here at 3 Accessories we offer FREE delivery on all orders.
Delivery must be to the address at which your payment card is registered, which must be in the United Kingdom (this excludes the Channel Islands ). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive. If you order after 3.00pm, the next working day will be considered the first working day. In the case of bank holidays, please allow an extra two working days.
We aim to deliver within 5 working days, but this may increase during busy periods. Please allow up to 28 days before reporting non-delivery of your purchase.
IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. Please allow extra time for New Year Sale deliveries and deliveries to Scottish islands.
Low value items are sent by Royal Mail first class post. More valuable items are sent recorded delivery using Royal Mail and other couriers. We cannot guarantee the use of any particular courier.
If you are out when the delivery is made, the courier will take it back to their local depot and leave a card through your door advising that they called and asking you to contact them for re-delivery, rejection or collection.
Regrettably, we are unable to guarantee delivery on any specific day.
If your order includes more products than fit into one box, the delivery will arrive in separate boxes, possibly on separate days.
If your order is being delivered by courier our third email will contain a link to the couriers website and a tracking number, so that you can use it to track your order right to your door.
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all your products, please check whether they may be being delivered separately (see How we Deliver, above) and whether they have been despatched (see Tracking Your Delivery, above). You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 days after delivery providing the items you return meet the following criteria:
The product must be complete, including packaging, instructions, accessories and any free items.
The product, packaging and any associated items must be returned in an unused 'as new' condition.
Sealed packaging, including any box or software seals must not be opened.

We cannot accept returns in Three stores.
You will receive a full refund; however you must pay the cost of return.
Some OEM products have an end user guarantee after an initial supply period; this means the product cannot be returned to Kondor after this date is exceeded.
Sony / Sony Ericsson / Nokia - 14 Day period from point of sale to end user and return to Kondor. Product must be returned with the original packing, must be complete including all accessories. After 14 days the product is to be returned to a service centre for repair / replacement.

For all other product Kondor gives a warranty of 12 months from delivery and offer a prompt repair or exchange. In the event that the product is not repairable or is obsolete Kondor will offer an alternative product or credit. Within 28 days of delivery Kondor will offer a replacement or credit.
To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be returned with any accessories, free gifts, original box and packaging.
This warranty does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. For consumable items (e.g. non-rechargeable batteries) the guarantee period is three months from delivery.

If a CD, DVD or other software is faulty under guarantee we will happily exchange it for the same title or refund your money.
Any refund due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
